About Me
Tim has been married to Debbie for more than 41 years. He has two adult children and five grandchildren. We moved to Idaho in 1991. Tim became a real estate appraiser and served in that capacity until he became a Realtor in 1995. Tim completed over 1,200 appraisal assignments and learned the area well and how to determine the value of a house. Since March 1, 1995, Tim has been a Realtor. He earned the CRS designation in 2000 and was the CRS of the Year for Idaho in 2017, as well as being featured on the November/December 2017 issue of the Residential Specialist magazine. He has served almost 1,600 clients to buy or sell their homes.
